Takia joined RealStreet Staffing one (1) year ago as a Recruiting Coordinator. Over the past year she saw success in her position, grew into the role of Recruiter, and earned the American Staffing Association’s designation of Certified Staffing Professional. RealStreet Staffing grew as well, opening three (3) new branch offices in Maryland and Virginia. Takia played a significant role in the growth and continues to contribute to the ongoing success of the organization.

Takia came to RealStreet Staffing with an educational background in Hospitality Management and experience working as a Staffing Consultant, where she served as the link between client companies and associates. As a RealStreet Staffing Recruiter, Takia will utilize her knowledge to conduct technical searches to generate potential candidates, and to screen candidates to ensure only the top 10% of applicants are identified and presented to clients. She will manage communications between the potential candidates and clients and take a lead role in the hiring process to ensure successful placements are made.
