RealStreet Hires Operations Manager!

RealStreet – a Maryland-based, specialty employment and recruiting firm in the architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) field – recently welcomed Dean Clark as its Operations Manager.

Dean was hired in August 2015, and has already made a significant impact on RealStreet’s productivity. As the Operations Manager, he increases efficiencies by shoring up internal processes, overseeing day-to-day operations and providing ongoing support for the IT infrastructure. Already having an essential role in the successful opening of the Dallas, TX office, Dean also enables the company to effectively expand into new markets.

According to Judith McGovern, President of RealStreet Staffing, “We look forward to continued growth with Dean at the helm, as he performs these and many other operational responsibilities throughout the RealStreet organization.” She continued by stating, “As we continue to grow, his already-critical role will become increasingly essential to the company’s success.”

Dean brings more than 30 years of IT and operations management experience to RealStreet. His thorough understanding of all aspects of business operations has allowed him a superior level of success in his career. Prior to working with RealStreet, Dean spent 10 years with Northrop Grumman Corporation as the Operations Manager for the Advanced Concepts and Technology Division.
