Paige Gargiulo joined RealStreet as a Recruiting Coordinator, during which time she supported the recruiting team in its efforts to ensure a positive and efficient recruiting experience for potential candidates. She excelled in the role and was honored as RealStreet’s 2017 Recruiting Coordinator of the Year. She was promoted to the role of Recruiter the following year, and her responsibilities grew to include conducting technical searches, screening and interviewing candidates as well as managing communications between potential candidates and clients.

Paige has continued to flourish as a recruiting professional and has since been promoted to the position of Senior Recruiter. In this role she will provide leadership to the Recruiting Team and help grow RealStreet’s recruiting efforts. Her responsibilities have grown to include leading meetings, assigning positions to recruiters, monitoring team metrics and coordinating with business development for new positions, clients and proposal opportunities.

A graduate from Millersville University, with a Bachelor of Art degree in Psychology and a minor in Business Management, Gargiulo also completed an internship with Hershey Entertainment & Resorts. During this time she gained excellent experience in the HR world, which directly contributed to her success at RealStreet.
