Jim is searching for a new role in Senior or Chief Estimating. He has a heavy general contracting background working various commercial projects in the DMV area and has done so for 30+ years. Completed projects include churches, schools, retail, restaurant, hospitality, offices, parking garages, condos, multi-family, and some government buildings such as the Ronald Regan Building. Jim has a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from The Pennsylvania State University and he is proficient in Timberline for estimating. Laid off due to the pandemic, he is seeking roles within the hour of Frederick, MD and can start as soon as possible.
