Dean Clark, CISSP, CSP, Operations Manager

Dean brings more than 30 years of IT and Operations Management experience to RealStreet. His thorough understanding of all aspects of business operations, has allowed him a superior level of success in his career. Prior to working with RealStreet, Dean spent 10 years with Northrop Grumman Corporation as the Operations Manager for the Advanced Concepts and Technology Division. During this time, his primary responsibility was to work with Program Management, Company Executives, Internal Support Organizations and Customers to ensure that Program Personnel had all of the necessary tools & support to ensure that they were able to perform efficiently and effectively on Internal Research & Development and Customer Programs. In addition, he was responsible for directly managing and/or working many Special Projects.

Dean is a member of the (ISC)² where he holds a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP®) designation and a member of the American Staffing Association (ASA) where he holds the designation of Certified Staffing Professional (CSP).

A graduate of University Maryland, he holds degrees in Computer Science and Law Enforcement.

Don Askey, CSP, Program Manager

Don Askey, rejoined RealStreet in 2019 as Program Manager. He previously worked for RealStreet from 2010 to 2013 as a Business Development Manager for National Accounts. In the role of Program Manager, Don will have overall corporate responsibility for insuring the integration, organization and delivery of the right personnel to the right client at the right time. Additionally, he is charged with assisting the RealStreet offices to increase our service offerings to regional and national clients.

Don returns to RealStreet with 25 years of industry experience. His background includes business development, recruiting and talent management. He also has extensive sales and operations management experience in a variety of staffing fields, such as skilled trades, accounting and finance, light industrial, engineering and government contracting. Don holds a B.S. in mass communications from Towson University and is a Certified Staffing Professional through the American Staffing Association.

Chris D’Onofrio, CSP, Director of National Sales – Marriottsville, MD

Chris joined RealStreet as a Business Development Manager. While in this role he grew the company’s sales, cultivated client relationships and enabled the expansion of the business from one office in Marriottsville, MD to seven offices across the country. When the new offices were opened, Chris was promoted to Marriottsville Branch Manager. He also stepped in to manage the Frederick, MD and Tysons Corner, VA offices as business needs changed. In this role, he not only maintained his business development responsibilities, but also gained the responsibility of managing the recruiting teams in each branch.

Prior to working with RealStreet, Chris spent 13 years with the Baltimore Orioles in the position of Corporate Account Manager. During this time, he was responsible for increasing corporate sponsors and suite holders while continuing to manage relationships with existing clients. In addition, he was responsible for managing the Sales & Fan Services Department of over 100 hundred employees during his tenure.

Chris is a member of the Maryland Association of Engineers, the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME), the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) and has maintained a Maryland Home Improvement Commission (MHIC) contractor’s license since 1995.

A graduate of Towson University, he holds a degree in Sports Management and Business Administration.

Steve Conant, Recruiter – Marriottsville, MD

Steve Conant joins RealStreet as a Recruiter, supporting the Marriottsville, MD office. He brings with him over twenty years of talent management experience as well as a history of success recruiting in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction industry. Prior to RealStreet, Steve was a Staffing Manager in the Construction Division of Complete Staffing Solutions. In this role he managed all phases of full cycle recruiting, and specialized in the placement of high-caliber construction professionals such as Project Managers, Superintendents and Professional Engineers.

As a RealStreet Recruiter, Steve will utilize his extensive experience to creatively source and thoroughly screen applicants in order to gain a complete understanding of their backgrounds and skillsets. This will ensure that candidates are qualified and ideally matched to open positions. He will also take a lead role in the placement and talent management processes, ensuring ongoing employee and client satisfaction.

Alexa Correia, CSP, Recruiter – Frederick, MD

Alexa joined RealStreet as a Recruiting Coordinator at the Frederick office, where she supported the team’s efforts to ensure a positive and efficient recruiting experience. Due to her hard work and success in the role, she was promoted to the role of Recruiter.

As a Recruiter, Alexa takes a lead role in RealStreet’s hiring process. She is responsible for posting jobs, sourcing, screening and submitting candidates, and managing communications between potential candidates and clients. She is also the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the onboarding and talent management processes.

Alexa came to RealStreet as a recent summa cum laude graduate of the Delaplaine School of Business at Hood College in Frederick, Maryland. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in both Human Resources and Marketing. Through her education, experience, dedication and commitment to excellence, she will continue to support RealStreet and work to ensure its continued success.

Lauren Milliken, Recruiter – Marriottsville, MD

Lauren Milliken joins RealStreet as a Recruiter for the Marriottsville, MD office. She brings with her several years of recruiting and talent management experience, as well as a background in business development and marketing. In her role as Recruiter, Lauren will utilize her knowledge and experience to source, screen and submit highly qualified candidates, and to serve as a liaison between potential candidates, clients and the business development team. She will also lead the onboarding and talent management processes, ensuring both employee and client satisfaction.

Prior to RealStreet, Lauren worked as a Workforce Success Specialist at Abacus Corporation in Central Pennsylvania. During this time Lauren developed strong communication, customer relationship management and technical recruiting skills, and learned that she has a passion for helping candidates and clients reach their goals.

Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations with a minor in Speech Communication from York College of Pennsylvania. She is an active member of her community and volunteers her time with various nonprofits, including the United Way.

Kevin McGovern, CSP, Vice President

Kevin is Vice President at RealStreet where he serves the organization by providing operational support. He brings over 29 years of successful marketing, management and operational experience to the company with his core competency in the construction industry.

Prior to coming to RealStreet, Kevin spent 24 years in the fire protection business, where the majority of his experience was working for various divisions of Tyco International. While at Tyco, he worked in the Special Hazards Fire Protection environment, a special niche area in Fire Protection. It was here that he worked very closely with architects, engineers and the world’s largest construction companies to assist in the design, construction and application of highly sophisticated unique fire protection hazards. This work was in a tremendously varied portfolio of facilities including power generation, petrochemical, data centers, highly volatile manufacturing and munitions. It is his wide ranging exposure to an extremely diverse, yet focused portion of the construction industry, which supports RealStreet in its goal to provide the highest quality candidates to the very best companies in the construction and engineering communities.

Katy Cook, CSP, Marketing Manager

As the Marketing Manager, Katy is responsible for initiating, monitoring and managing the internal and external marketing activities for RealStreet. Her efforts support the company in its goal to provide the highest quality candidate to the very best companies in the architecture, engineering and construction communities.

Katy joined the company as the Marketing Coordinator. During this time she has helped the business grow from one office in Maryland to seven offices across the country. She has managed the company’s online presence, coordinated and attended trade shows and facilitated numerous business development programs and marketing initiatives. She has also been responsible for email marketing efforts, created new marketing materials and supported the development of numerous contract proposals.

Prior to RealStreet, Katy worked at Goetze’s Candy Company, Inc. as the E-Business Coordinator. During this time, she played a significant role in the company’s ongoing marketing strategy and responsibilities, and managed the overall online presence. She maintains dual degrees from Towson University; E-Business and Business with a concentration in Marketing, as well as a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Marketing from Loyola University. Katy is a Young Member of the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) and is a member of the American Staffing Association where she holds a Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designation.
