Al D. – Project Manager
Al has over 7 years of experience as a Project Manager with a MEP (Mechanical, Engineering and Plumbing) focus. His typical duties include: planning, estimating, budgeting, obtaining permits, purchasing materials, construction administration, design work, change orders, RFIs, project documentation, and close out. He is proficient in AutoCAD, (with over 20 years’ experience) and has a working knowledge of other design / BIM software (such as Revit and SolidWorks). Al has a B.A. in Business Administration and is currently studying for his PMP (Project Management Professional) certification, which he is on track to obtain before the end of 2016.
