Bill has over 30 years of water/wastewater experience. During that period he represented municipalities and utility authorities as an engineer and project manager, and his project involvement included the design, planning and construction phases. Bill has a bachelor’s degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering, and he is a licensed Professional Engineer, a certified Municipal Engineer and a Professional Planner.
