Charles S. – Construction Manager
Charles has worked as an onsite Construction Manager, supervising commercial retail projects from preconstruction through closeout and post construction. His responsibilities have included preparing project budgets, managing project scheduled, estimating and processing change orders, overseeing project inspections and coordinating with superintendents, subcontractors etc. Post construction responsibilities involved managing a 2 year warranty period for all buildings and coordinating with current tenants/owners on anything that needs to be updated/fixed. Experience is mostly in the field traveling to different job sites in various states managing up to 5 projects at once.
