J.B. has over 27 years of experience within the construction industry as an Owner, and Project Manager. He has experience within the commercial, and residential industries. He has managed up to 40 employees on a site at once as well as 5-7 office staff. J.B. is certified in OSHA 30, First Aid, and Maryland Erosion and Sediment control while he completed training in Maryland Lead Paint and gained training and licensure in Maryland Asbestos. J.B. is proficient with Computer Architecture, CPM scheduling and Microsoft Office.
