James has 15 years of experience estimating commercial projects with division 9 sub-contractors, during which time he managed projects up to $10M and been in charge of crews of up to 30 employees. He is skilled in document control, reading drawings, responding to RFP’s, administering contract and scope of work, set up and tracking of budgets, negotiating with vendors and subcontractors, and using common PC software. James holds a 4yr college degree, has military service and is interested in expanding skill set into other divisions with a general contractor.
