Jeffrey has over 10 years of project management experience. He has been responsible for all pre-construction and post-construction phases including estimating, budgeting, CPM scheduling and value engineering. Jeffrey has a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Temple University. He is a certified Construction Project Manager and has experience using Timberline, Primavera, and MS Project.
