Joel W. – Engineer / Construction Manager
Joel is an engineer /construction manager with over 30 year of experience in the industry. His projects include roads, dams, buildings, cellular towers, deep and shallow foundations and he has worked with all aspects of water, wastewater and sewer infrastructure throughout his career. He is experienced overseeing multiple projects, conducting inspections and analysis, reviewing designs, writing reports, training employees and managing teams. Joel has a B.S. in Engineering Geology and is a licensed Professional Engineering in TX, VA and NM. He is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and has worked with Program Management Information System (PMIS).
