He is a Master Electrician and certified Project Management Professional. John has led all phases of the construction process- providing oversight for estimating, scheduling, budgets, negotiations, etc. for projects up to $15M in value. He has managed an electrical division and staff of 12 including project manager, estimator, superintendent, and office staff. John has also handled all aspects of business operations to include monitoring labor and cost (salaries, bonuses) , cash flow, overhead costs, etc.
