Leo F. – Construction Manager

Leo began his career as an Inspector and worked his way up to an Estimator, and Construction Manager. He has experience with high rises, low rises, residential and commercial projects. Leo has experience managing up to 45 people, and 2-3 projects at one time. Leo received a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Penn State University.
