Raul is a Project Engineer with over 25 years of engineering and construction experience. He has worked in locations across the globe, such as Georgia, Kazakhstan, the Philippines, Brunei and Iran. Projects include road & bridge construction, urban site/land development, oil & gas/timber/mining facilities, port & harbor construction, irrigation systems/rural construction and commercial construction. Raul is proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite as well as Microsoft Project. He holds Bachelor’s Degrees in Civil Engineering & Sanitary Engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the Philippines.
