Richard is a registered PE in 7 states and has his BS in Civil Engineering. He has experience with PennDOT, DelDOT and NYS DOT. Richard has worked on highways, municipal, utility infrastructure, government and military projects. He is familiar with AutoCAD and Primavera, and proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
