RealStreet Promotes Alexa Correia & Katie Malagari to Recruiter!

BALTIMORE, MD (July 1, 2019) – RealStreet, a leading national employment and recruiting firm for the architecture, engineering and construction communities throughout the United States, is thrilled to announce the promotion of both Alexa Correia and Katie Malagari to Recruiter.

Alexa and Katie joined RealStreet as Recruiting Coordinators in the Frederick, MD office, where they supported the team’s efforts to ensure a positive and efficient recruiting experience. Due to their hard work and success, they were each promoted to Recruiter within one year. As Recruiters, Katie and Alexa will take the lead in the recruiting process. Their responsibilities will include posting jobs, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews and managing communications between potential candidates and clients. They will also maintain a critical role in the onboarding and employee relationship management processes.

Alexa came to RealStreet as a recent summa cum laude graduate of the Delaplaine School of Business at Hood College in Frederick, Maryland. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in both Human Resources and Marketing.

A graduate from Hood College, Katie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with dual concentrations in Human Resource Management and Marketing, as well as a minor in Non-Profit & Civic Engagement studies. While at Hood, she served as the Head Resident Assistant for the Office of Residence Life, Executive Traditions Chair for the Student Government Association and Founding Leader of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.
