Since joining RealStreet, Lauren has quickly become an invaluable team member. As a recruiter, she is responsible for sourcing, screening and submitting top-tier candidates. She also supports the onboarding process and takes the lead in ongoing talent management. Lauren excels at building strong relationships with candidates, ensuring smooth interactions throughout the recruitment process.

Lauren’s commitment to growth is clear, as she actively seeks out career development opportunities. She is in the process of earning the designation of ASA Certified Staffing Professional, steps up to lead recruiting meetings when needed, and consistently jumps at the chance to learn new skills and gain experience. She learned to conduct resume and LinkedIn reviews at industry events, including the SAME Career Transition Workshop.
