Bob is an Estimator with 39 years of construction experience including interior estimating, general construction, and proper pricing. His projects include multi-story, multi-family living, commercial, government projects, hospitals, VA medical centers, office buildings, retail, churches, classrooms, k-12, and higher education. He understands the various trades needed to construct a building, and scopes of work/work between scopes very well. His experience includes conceptual estimating, and complete scope. Bob has an Associate’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University New Kensington, and an Estimating Certificate from Carter School of Estimating.
