Flora has over 15 years of experience with Cost Estimating, working on hotel, commercial and high rise projects. She is proficient in Microsoft Office, Primavera P6, Timberline and Onscreen Take Off software. Flora has her Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, is certified in Financial Modelling and recently became a certified Estimating Professional by the AACE Interactional.
