Phil – Senior Estimator
Phil has over 30 years of construction estimating experience in both public and private sectors. He has held numerous senior level roles, handling preconstruction phase services, CPM scheduling, value engineering, profit and loss management, risk assessment/avoidance, client negotiations, dispute resolution and claims avoidance. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering from Penn State University and has extensive software experience, including Primavera, Timberline and Microsoft Office Suite.
