Kristin Stolzenbach, Marriottsville Recruiting Coordinator, Promoted to the Role of Recruiter!

Kristin was hired as a Recruiting Coordinator for the Marriottsville branch approximately one year ago. During this time she saw success in her position, spearheaded Recruiting Coordinator initiatives and grew into the role of full Recruiter. “Kristin’s enthusiasm, tenacity and outstanding performance enabled her to achieve her new position as Recruiter,” said RealStreet’s Marriottsville Branch Manager, Chris D’Onofrio.

As a RealStreet Recruiter, Kristin will utilize her knowledge to enable positive candidate experiences and ongoing company success. She will conduct technical searches, source potential candidates, and perform screening, to make sure that the best candidates are identified and presented to clients. She will manage communications between the potential candidates and clients and take a lead role in the hiring process to ensure successful placements are made.
