RealStreet Promotes Paige Gemmill to Recruiter!

RealStreet, a leading national employment and recruiting firm for the architecture, engineering and construction communities throughout the United States, is thrilled to announce the promotion of Paige Gemmill to Recruiter.

Paige is a graduate from Millersville University with a Bachelor of Art in Psychology and a minor in Business Management, along with a background in Human Resources. She joined RealStreet nearly one (1) year ago as a Recruiting Coordinator for the Aberdeen office. During this time she saw success in her position, was honored as the 2017 Recruiting Coordinator of the Year, and has now been promoted to the role of Recruiter.

As a RealStreet Recruiter, Paige will utilize her knowledge and experience to source and screen potential candidates, conduct interviews, manage communications between candidates and clients and take a lead role in the hiring process to ensure successful placements are made.
