November 2024 Featured Employee: Michelle Talbert

Michelle Talbert is RealStreet’s Bookkeeper. She has been with RealStreet since 2009 and has become an integral part of the management team. Each employee is introduced to her during the onboarding process, during which time she handles new hire paperwork, oversees the benefits process and adds them to QuickBooks Time. For certain employees, particularly those supporting a FEMA contract, she helps facilitate their deployment by taking care of travel arrangements. Throughout each employee’s tenure with RealStreet, Michelle ensures timely payment and reimbursement of expenses. She also makes herself available to assist employees if they have questions or if issues arise. In addition to her front facing responsibilities, Michelle also plays an integral role behind the scenes as a part of the company’s management team.  

For fifteen years Michelle has done her part to ensure that employees have the best possible experience while working for RealStreet. She is hardworking and dedicated to the job, always striving for efficiency and accuracy with each and every task completed. RealStreet is lucky to have her and appreciates everything that she does to improve the employee experience.
