RealStreet Hires Recruiting Coordinator for its Tysons Corner Office

June 16, 2017 – RealStreet – a Maryland-based, specialty employment and recruiting firm in the architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) field – welcomed Elizabeth Joyner as a recruiting coordinator to our Tysons Corner, VA office in June 2017.

As a RealStreet recruiting coordinator, Elizabeth’s responsibilities include supporting the recruiting team by sourcing and screening potential candidates. Elizabeth will also assist in coordinating the candidate application process by scheduling candidate interviews, formatting resumes, creating ScoreCards and assisting with basic HR functions including the processing of background checks, completing reference checks and recording/verifying new hire start dates.

Elizabeth brings in eight years of experience in client relations. Prior to RealStreet she was an intern for an international staffing firm where she created and posted job descriptions, established compensation structures, and developed recruiting materials. She currently holds a Bachelor’s of Art in English Language and Literature and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management, both from the University of Maryland. She is a current member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
